Monday through Friday
1st shift - 7:00am - 3:30pm
2nd shift - 3:30pm - 12:00am
The Press Operator is responsible for managing a manual stamping press used for manufacturing metal bakeware. He/She ensures production is being maintained safely, accurately, and quickly.
- Operate stamping press safely and accurately, meeting daily production goals.
- Follow company guidelines and procedures to meet manufacturing specifications.
- Alert production supervisors of any manufacturing defects immediately.
- Work together as a team with other press operators to maintain production.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Utilize personal protective equipment at all times to ensure safety.
- Reliable and punctual in reporting for work as scheduled.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Excellent hand/eye coordination
- Basic understanding of machine operations

- Willingness to learn and take direction
- High school diploma or GED preferred; not required
- Previous press operator experience preferred; not required
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. unassisted
- Continuous sitting, bending, pushing/pulling
- Dexterity and the ability to use hands and fingers to assemble
