Ingredients:
- 1 – 5 pound eye of round roast
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon pepper
- 1/2 cup wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
- Place roast in your G&S Bake & Roast Pan. Pour remaining ingredients over roast. Marinate 1 – 3 days, turning at least once a day.
- Preheat oven 250 F
- Cook, uncovered, with marinade at 250 F for 3 hours.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Slice thin and serve with heated marinade.
- Serves 8 – 10.
