Job Summary
The Press Operator is responsible for managing a manual stamping press used for manufacturing metal bakeware. He/She ensures production is being maintained safely, accurately, and quickly.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Feed bakeware onto a conveyor belt, labeling or adding additional components to bakeware as part of the production process.
- Serve as quality control and visually inspect all finished product before packing.
- Alert production supervisors of any manufacturing defects immediately.
- Collect, count, and pack products in preparation for shipping.
- Prepare bakeware for shipping by taping boxes and stacking cartons onto skids.
- Follow company guidelines and procedures to meet manufacturing specifications.
- Work together as a team with others on the line to maintain production.
- Utilize personal protective equipment at all times to ensure safety.
- Reliable and punctual in reporting for work as scheduled.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED preferred; not required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. unassisted
- Continuous sitting, bending, pushing/pulling
- Dexterity and the ability to use hands and fingers to assemble
