Job Summary
The Order Filler is responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of orders is being maintained accurately and quickly. S/He stacks cartons to build skids of metal bakeware for shipment to customers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Reads and interprets customer orders (pre-shippers) for fulfillment.
- Stacks cartons to build skids (a minimum of 170 cartons per hour).
- Ensures the correct product and quantities are pulled to fulfill customer orders.
- Builds stable skids to meet shipping standards.
- Alerts supervisors immediately when inventory quantities are low, cartons are damaged, or scan guns are malfunctioning.
- Applies shipping labels to cartons (a minimum of 260 cartons per hour).
- Scans cartons pulled for orders to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Assembles and fills cardboard displays with product per customer specifications.
- Wraps pallets securely for transport.
- Keeps work area clean and organized.
- Is reliable and punctual in reporting for work as scheduled.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
- High School diploma or GED preferred; not required
- Forklift operation experience preferred; not required
- Previous inventory experience preferred (scanning, etc.); not required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted
- Continuous standing, lifting, and bending
- Frequent pushing and pulling
