One Pan Gourmet Beef Roast

[printfriendly]Ingredients:

  • 1 – 5 pound eye of round roast
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon pepper
  • 1/2 cup wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

  1. Place roast in your G&S Bake & Roast Pan. Pour remaining ingredients over roast. Marinate 1 – 3 days, turning at least once a day.
  2. Preheat oven 250 F
  3. Cook, uncovered, with marinade at 250 F for 3 hours.
  4. Refrigerate overnight.
  5. Slice thin and serve with heated marinade.
  6. Serves 8 – 10.
